Download the Venturoo app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) via our download page. Create your entrepreneur profile and start connecting with like-minded founders right away.

Venturoo offers both free and premium subscription plans. The free plan gives you access to core matching and community features — including 5 swipes per day, 3 matches per day, and 1 post per day in the Idea Hub. Messaging is not available on the free plan. Upgrade to Plus to unlock unlimited messaging with your matches.

The Plus plan ($9.99/month) gives you 20 swipes per day, 20 matches per day, unlimited messaging, and 10 posts per day in the Idea Hub. We operate on a subscription model — not advertising — to keep your data private.

Venturoo uses smart filters to connect you with entrepreneurs based on your industry, location, business stage, skills, and goals. Swipe to express interest — when two entrepreneurs mutually like each other, a match is made and a private chat opens automatically.

The Founders Room is a live group video session where entrepreneurs come together to network, share insights, and collaborate in real time. Sessions run for 40 minutes and are hosted via Zoom directly inside the app — no Zoom account or app installation required. You RSVP to secure your spot (limited capacity per session), and the meeting link is only visible to RSVP'd members. Sessions are scheduled in advance and announced in the app.

Open the Founders Room tab in the app. If a session is scheduled, tap RSVP to reserve your spot. Once you RSVP, the Join button becomes active when the session starts. Sessions have a limited capacity — if a session is full, you'll see a "Session is full" message and can check back for the next one.

The Idea Hub is where entrepreneurs post their business ideas and find collaborators. You can browse ideas, express interest in collaborating, and — once a collaboration is accepted — chat directly with your collaborators inside the app. It's designed to help you build your team and move your idea forward.

Browse the Idea Hub, find a project that interests you, and send a collaboration request. The idea owner can accept or decline. Once accepted, a private chat opens between you and your collaborator(s) so you can coordinate directly within the app.

Browse verified experts in the Experts tab, view their profiles and availability, and book a one-on-one consultation. You'll pay securely via Stripe at the time of booking. Once the expert confirms, a Google Calendar invite is sent to both parties (if you've connected your Google Calendar). Experts receive 80% of the consultation fee; Venturoo retains a 20% platform fee.

Refunds are available if the expert cancels or does not show. For cancellations made by you, please contact support at hello@venturoo.live at least 24 hours before the session. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Stripe's standard processing times apply (5–10 business days to your original payment method).

Go to Profile → Settings → Connected Accounts and tap Connect Google Calendar. You'll be taken through a secure Google OAuth flow. Once connected, confirmed consultation bookings will automatically add calendar events for both you and the expert. You can disconnect at any time from the same screen.

We collect only what's necessary: your name, email, business profile information, and activity within the app (posts, matches, messages). For expert consultations, we process payment details via Stripe. If you connect Google Calendar, we store an OAuth refresh token to create calendar events. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, matches, messages, and all associated data. You can also email hello@venturoo.live to request deletion. Note: completed transaction records may be retained as required by law.

You must be at least 14 years old to use Venturoo. Users aged 14–17 ("Young Entrepreneurs") must have a parent or legal guardian consent before using the platform. By registering, a Young Entrepreneur confirms that their parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on their behalf.

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 14. If you believe a child under 14 has created an account, please contact us at hello@venturoo.live and we will remove the account within 48 hours.

Parents or guardians of users aged 14–17 may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data at any time by emailing hello@venturoo.live with the subject line "Minor Account Request."

No. Expert consultations on Venturoo are educational and informational in nature only. Sessions do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and no professional-client relationship is formed.

Experts are independent contractors — not employees or agents of Venturoo. We do not verify expert credentials or licenses beyond what experts self-report in their profiles. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed professional for matters requiring formal professional advice (e.g., a licensed attorney for legal questions, a CPA for tax matters).
